(this method will allow you to buy Casino Chips but gambling will still be blocked) Yesterday when R* servers were rly laggy (bc everyone was trying to play at the same time) I couldn't load to gta with VPN ON so I had to do it this way: If you have some issues with connecting to R* servers you can go to your VPN settings -> connection -> connection mode and try different mode (IKEv2 / UDP / TCP / Stealth / Wstunnel). Press ON (just pick a country with strong connection where gambling still works. I used VPN that was recommended in this thread - Windscribe (you get 10GB for free / 2GB if you don't want to give them your mail adres). But ofc you can try something else.
You on PC right? Cause I have no idea how to do that on consoles :v
